Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Gurumae Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202649729R), which operates KeepMeTrue. By using KeepMeTrue, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

1. What KeepMeTrue is

KeepMeTrue helps you see what your AI assistants remember about you and keep it right. It is independent: it isn't made by, or connected to, any AI company. The names of AI products belong to their owners.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Use KeepMeTrue with your own AI accounts, or accounts you have permission to use.

3. Your checks and your code

Your checks are secured with a code only you know. We can't see your code, reset it or recover it. If you forget your code and have no backup, no one can open your checks, including us. Keep a backup somewhere safe.

4. Your AIs

KeepMeTrue reads what you bring in from your AIs and helps you write requests to correct them. Each AI decides whether to accept a change, so check the AI's own memory settings to confirm it. Your use of each AI is covered by that AI's own terms.

5. It can be wrong

KeepMeTrue sorts what your AI says, and it can make mistakes. It doesn't give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, so don't rely on it for those decisions.

6. Using it fairly

Don't use KeepMeTrue to break the law, to get into accounts that aren't yours, or to harm, overload or interfere with our service.

7. Test versions

Test versions may change, have bugs or stop working. Save a backup now and then.

8. Price

KeepMeTrue is free while we test it. If we add paid features, we'll show the price before you pay, and you can choose not to.

9. Our app and brand

The app, the KeepMeTrue name and logo belong to Gurumae. You may use the app for your own personal use.

10. No guarantees

As far as the law allows, KeepMeTrue is provided "as is", without promises that it will always be available, error-free or right for your needs.

11. Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses or for lost data, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or S$50. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

12. Stopping

You can stop using KeepMeTrue at any time by deleting your checks and the app. We may stop providing KeepMeTrue, or any part of it, and will give notice in the app where we can.

13. App stores

If you got KeepMeTrue from an app store, that store's terms also apply. For apps from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, and Apple isn't responsible for KeepMeTrue or its support.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app before it applies.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes go to the courts of Singapore. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you.
